Travis Meeting Management is an owner-operated, boutique firm specializing in highly personalized, comprehensive destination management, event and meeting planning services, and site selection locally or globally. Our professional experience, capabilities and relationships allow us to offer extensive services without extensive costs to our client groups, large and small.
We offer committed, personal involvement, operating as an integral part of your team, ideally an extension of you! You work with the same dedicated, professional planner from proposal to planning to on-site management. We genuinely share your vision, from event concept to reality, with our primary goal: flawless execution of an exceptional conference event.

EVENT PLANNING
We begin planning every special event by working with you to identify clear objectives for your party, learn about your group’s interests and set a workable budget. We then use our extensive party knowledge and logistical savvy to customize a unique and memorable, yet cost-efficient, event.
DESTINATION MANAGEMENT:
TOURS AND ACTVITIES
We’re locals and know Southern California! We work together with you to learn about your group and then customize every activity from start to finish. We plan special tours of the popular attractions and the hidden gems. We arrange adventurous activities, teambuilding events and shopping excursions.
DESTINATION MANAGEMENT:
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
We use the most knowledgeable staff, the best available vehicles, the latest communication equipment and our local know-how to ensure that your guests are transported in safety, comfort and style. We work together with you to learn about your transportation requirements and budget, and then customize every transportation event from start to finish. We are experts in arranging airport meet and greets, special event transportation, VIP transportation and shuttles.
MEETING PLANNING
We use our 30+ years of comprehensive meeting and event experience to offer our clients full service meeting planning or we can complement your existing meeting team’s efforts with our extensive menu of services. From site selection to site inspections; pre-planning to post-meeting evaluations; on-site coordination to off-property events. We can do it all!
SITE SELECTION
We work closely with you to learn about your group, and your meeting goals and specifications. We then use our vast site selection experience and hotel relationships to help find the right place for your important program. We re-visit and re-evaluate the sites you are most interested in, and negotiate the rates and contracts on your behalf to help make the best deal possible.

OUR COMPANY
Brian Travis established Travis Meeting Management In December 1990 to provide clients comprehensive yet personalized service that results from working with an independent, boutique destination management and meeting planning company.
By personally managing each phase of their meetings, Brian builds close working relationships with each of his clients, partnering with them to better understand and assist in achieving the organization’s meeting and destination management goals, resulting in repeat clients and new referrals.
In addition to managing meetings for corporate and association clients in the U.S. and internationally, Brian coordinates destination management services in Southern California and serves as a meeting consultant, freelance planner and on-site coordinator for local and national hospitality companies, including medical meeting, incentive travel and tour and travel firms.
Our Staff
We proudly hire the finest professional tour guides and meeting coordinators in Southern California, most of them members of the San Diego Professional Tour Guide Association (SDTGA). Our field representatives are passionate about their work and are committed to the success of your program. We value our relationship with our staff, treat them ethically and with respect, and pay them fairly for their expertise.
